Replacement and Return policy


Dear customers:
Thanks for choosing Balanx EMS Training Suit. We guarantee every Balanx EMS training suit is strictly tested by our quality inspector before delivery, if you need after sales service, please contact us by email: support@balanxtech.com .After you email us to apply for return, we will reply you in 48 hours. The whole process of your return will take up 45 days. February 1, 2020, the return process has been extended from 45 days to 75 days.

Quality problems
If you encounter any problems, please check with us to get the solution, we provide free changing the suit or hub within 7 days from the receiving date on the condition of we confirm it is quality problem.
* We provide 1 year free warranty for the hub on the condition of no human damage.
* Shipping charge: Send back to China is covered by user , send the new suit/hub to the user is covered by the Balanx.
* Warranty coverage

Size change
* Please try the suit as soon as you get the parcel, if you need change the suit, please return it with entire tag.
* Shipping charge: Shipping fee both cover by user.

Charged repairing
* We provide charged repairing for the hub if over 1 year or human damage occur within 1 year.
* Shipping charge: both trips shipping charge will be covered by user.

Return:
* No exchange or return will be permitted if there is no label on the product due to its unclearness of production and importation.
* If the product proves to be defective, it can be exchanged for the same product.

Exchange processing flow
Step 1:
Please contact us by email support@balanxtech.com , let us know your problem and confirm the solution.
Step 2:
Take a picture for what you shipped and send it to us, as well as tracking number. The maintenance fee depends on whether it is within the warranty.(please check the Warranty coverage)
Step 3:
We confirm the goods returned and checked the problem. Please also email us your specific contact details (name, cell phone number, detail address, ZIP code).
Step 4:
We will send the goods back to you.

Refund policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one.
You can Return or Refund a product for up to 3 days from the date you received it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
